The North West Ladies Tour

There are lots of Amateur Tours going on all around the country, but there doesn't seem to be a dedicated Ladies Tour anywhere, until now ! 

Lots of Golf Clubs are running Ladies Open Team Competitions, but there doesn't seem to be many, if any, Pairs Competitions. It is much easier to just get a partner and enter an event rather than having to find four.

The events will take place on Mondays, running along side the North West Any Combination Seniors Tour, as this doesn't tend to be Ladies day anywhere, so hopefully not clashing with any of your domestic competitions.

Piggy Backing the North West Any Combination Seniors Tour gives a full Calendar from April through to October, every Monday, so giving 25 possible events to play in.

The Tour is intended to attract all keen lady golfers, over the age of 18, together, and play some great courses around the North West, in a Fourball Betterball Pairs Competition, with a chance to win prizes, meet new friends, and hopefully have a great time.

The Competitions will be a Fourball Betterball Stableford, with a handicap allowance of 85%, They will be played off the Ladies Tees, there will be a Maximum Handicap of 36 and ladies must be over the age of 18 .

There will be plenty of prizes up for grabs, main prizes, nearest the pins on all the par 3's, longest drive, Two's sweep and a weekly raffle, If you are over 55 years old, you will also qualify for the North West Any Combination Seniors Tour Prizes, so have a double chance of winning a prize, you can only win one main prize, so this will be the one of highest value. For players under 55 years old, the Main Prizes are below. If entries increase substantially, then these prizes will increase in number and value.

1st Prize -  £30.00 each

2nd Prize - £20.00 each

3rd Prize -  £10.00 each

Best Seniors Ladies Pair (Combined age 120+)  -  £20.00 each

(The Main Prizes will be Vouchers that you can spend in Any Pro's Shop that is willing to accept it, or used for entry into the next event played, they will be valid for 6 months)

Nearest the Pin on all Par 3's  -  3 Srixon Z-Stars per hole

Longest Drive  -  3 Srixon Z-Stars

Two's Competition  -  4 Srixon Lady Soft Feels per Two

Raffle -  Several Bottles of Wine

(Please Note: These prize values will be honoured if there are enough entries, if entries are low the values will reduce accordingly)

The Entrance Fee will be £25.00 per head, which will be paid on the day of the event, so feel free to enter as many as you think you can play in, you don't have to play up front.
